Lynn Baumeister

Lynn has over 25 years of experience in the computer science field.  She is an expert in user research, user-centered design, and information architecture, as well as the federal requirements governing the accessibility of web sites for people with disabilities. Ms Baumeister’s work draws on both analytic and quantitative methods all aimed at the creation of usable software and web sites.

At the Center for Civic Design, Lynn has worked on

• usability of electronic poll books 
• standards for usable and accessible voting systems
• accessible designs for ranked choice voting
• usability for Morphic, making computers easier for everyone to use
