Why work at CCD
We make a difference. Center for Civic Design has tackled some of the hardest problems in elections and created nationally recognized best practices for election design.
You’ll join an amazing team. We are passionate about what we do and bring diverse personal and professional viewpoints to the work.
We’re always learning. Every project includes space to grow, whether that’s expanding our knowledge of the civic design field through original research, or supporting team members as they develop new skills. (And often both at the same time!)
You’ll work directly with election heroes. Through a mix of in-person and remote work, we collaborate every day with election administrators, community organizations, and voters all across the country.
