Croix Stone

Croix Stone is the Project & Research Operations Lead at CCD. He is passionate about identifying and addressing hidden biases within essential design systems that run our world. After working in marketing and videography for many years, Croix transitioned to Civic Design during his time at the University of Washington.

At CCD, he works on optimizing teamwork and enhancing collaboration on all levels. Croix works closely with the team to develop project management systems and strategies to streamline the research and design process. His strengths lie in his ability to identify issues within operational systems that can disenfranchise users from participating equitably. 

Croix is based in Tacoma, Washington. When he’s not working, you can find him on the basketball court, playing guitar, baking in the kitchen, or gaming with friends.
