Tasmin

Tasmin is a program manager at the Center for Civic Design where she works closely with election offices across the country to design better materials and processes for voters. Her work includes improving poll worker manuals, leading workshops on plain language and information design, and designing a range of forms, notices, envelopes, and other materials.

In 2020 and 2021, Tasmin was the Director of Programs at Baltimore Votes, coordinating city-wide GOTV and voter education grounded in community, collaboration, and celebration. Projects included running Adopt-a-Vote Center, vote-by-mail 101 webinars, and operations for Party at the Mailbox (in partnership with Black Girls Vote). In 2023, she joined the Baltimore Votes board. She is also on the 2026 advisory board of the Students Learn Students Vote Coalition. Outside of work, she can be found quilting, reading, or swing dancing.
